The fruit-forward sweetness is exactly what my vinaigrette needed—it cuts the sharpness of the olive oil without being cloying. It's made from apples, so the finish is noticeably smoother than the regular stuff I used to buy. A little goes a long way on a simple green salad.
Drizzled it over roasted carrots last night and the apple sweetness really came through without being cloying. The texture is silkier than my usual balsamic, which made the glaze cling perfectly. Already planning to use it on a tomato salad this weekend.
This has replaced my usual red wine vinegar in salad dressings — the apple makes it noticeably smoother, almost fruity. It’s mellow enough that I can use a bit more without it screaming sour, and it worked beautifully on a simple green bean glaze.
