This tastes exactly like a chip shop visit but cleaner, if that makes sense. The live apple cider vinegar gives it a proper tang that cuts through the oiliness of fries, and I’ve been adding a splash to salads too. It’s the limited edition status that makes me hoard it.
The tanginess is spot-on—it genuinely tastes like malt vinegar from the chippy, but the live ACV makes it feel less harsh on my stomach. Poured it over homemade fries and it hit that nostalgic note perfectly. Only wish the bottle were bigger, since I’m already halfway through after two uses.
